ABOUT ME

With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Digital Arts degree from the University of Malta and five years of experience in the gaming industry, I bring a multidisciplinary approach to graphic design shaped by collaboration within fast-paced marketing environments. I enjoy learning new techniques and creating visually driven work that connects strong aesthetics with strategy and user experience.

PREVIOUS WORK

During my five years in the iGaming and lottery industry at Jackpot.com, I designed landing-page banners, campaign logos, emails, GIFs, and anything else needed for casino and lottery promotions. Collaborating within the CRM team, I used Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and After Effects to deliver end-to-end creative solutions. My role also extended to illustration and branded merchandise; printing murals, t-shirts, and other promotional products, further strengthening my skills in design, branding, and user experience. Below is a snap shot of some of the project I have been a part of.

I thrive on the momentum of creative projects, often finding my truest self in the act of making. My interests span a broad spectrum—from the digital craft of 3D modeling and UX/UI to the tactile artistry of film, pottery, and crochet. I am most fulfilled when I am challenged to learn something new and transform an idea into reality.

02
3D modeling/Printing

For this project, I started with creating 2D vector shapes from a logo image, which I then exported in .svg format. Every separate layer was uploaded on Autodesk Fusion and from there I modelled them into 3D objects ready for printing.

Figma Project

Google UX/UI course

ReRoo is an app I designed from end-to-end during the Google Course for UX/UI design. The process started with this brief:

‘Design an app and a responsive website for parents to purchase and resell children's clothing’

Young parents are getting busier every day. With having to keep up with their children’s growth spurts and constantly buying expensive clothes, the app will solve this problem whilst also saving time and money.

The journey begins with foundational research, where you conduct interviews and build personas to empathize with user pain points. You then move into the ideation phase, creating sitemaps and low-fidelity prototypes to test basic functionality and information architecture. After conducting usability studies to iterate on your designs, the process culminates in the creation of high-fidelity prototypes that incorporate professional visual design, accessibility standards, and responsive layouts across mobile and web platforms.
